Parts of it. This was the one I got for free from the rental store and put the clone crank in. 11.8:1 196. The what would it take motor ate the block when the head gasket blew on 70% nitro. I've already bought another motor for it that I'll be digging into as soon as it gets here.

Yeah, but why did it gall?

Well I would say its time for a 420

I think it's time for adult supervision. Don't let your brother ride, FHB. :p

I request a full post-mortem autopsy! This is valuable, a learning experience.

I had schaffer's oil in it. I think I didn't have enough rod/ crank clearance for the rpm it was seeing. I don't know what the number was, but it was plenty high at times.

Stock rod. It split at the big end. The bearing surface looked pretty bad. I left the piston and rod at my brothers house which is over an hour away. I'll see if he can find it and text me a pic.

Not that it would have helped......
But has anybody else tried to make a magnetic oil plug???
I tried but don't think the HF magnet I used was strong enough. And I was scared of it coming loose inside the Aluminum block.

Here's the crank. You can see where it blued from the heat.
Disregard the oil, it was running on alcohol which has a tendency to milk the oil, and it's been sitting outside in the rain since we scattered it.

Now that it's been out in the rain, you can just forget about repairing it.
