Man I realy like your buggy. I like the angle on the rollcage in the 6th photo. The angle looks very simmilar to the angle on the roll cage of a Junior Dragster. Keep up the good work!

oh me goodness.... make sure you dont let anybody else remove the wiring harness for you especially if its all just loose wires
i however learned the hard way... spent like 5 days just trying to figure out the wiring harness! anyways nice work on the kart. its coming along really fast.

lol same here. but my harness was also missing a section and it took me a long time to figure that out.

WHY????????????????????????????? The shifter in a shifter kart makes it fun!
thought id give some mentions on the motor, I've had a gs500 before for about 3 years and tracked it blown it, a few times, so keep the oil in check. They LOVE burning it with hard or long use. Spit out there bottom ends if the oil gets a bit low.
not so sure about the weight off to one side these gs engines are bloody heavy, but looks like the frame might offset that a bit since its hardly lightweight lol.
Wiring should be easy, the one i had the wiring blocks were all different and easy to identify. (mind you mine was UK 1997, yours looks more recent and im guessing US)
good luck with it though, looks like its gonna be some fun

Depending on the arm if you used 1 for each wheel its might work if reincforced properly. With single or dual arms there is a lot of twisting forces involved.
i made a swingarm designed like yours. But i had the engine im the middle. Then i realized i needed a place for the sprocket

looks great. one thing you want to make sure is that you have rubber bushings for the oil cooler not hard mounted. The Cooler will crack. Cant tell by the pic if it is or not so just a lil helpful advise for ya

Needs more cooler IMO, I have a huge box of trans coolers so my opinion shouldnt be taken too seriously.
