OK back to work slowly, still just repairing plastic so not much different.

Paints flying and after years of auto, home and other painting it still amazes me how it can even turn the crappiest piece of into a beautiful swan.

As a fellow...(at one time professional) ...painter. I can fully appreciate the amount of work and prowess that go into prepping for a good paint job.

Worst thing for me is to have a fresh, beautiful paint job in the backyard, and some dang bug fly into it...and then try to crawl out!!!

Not only are there bug tracks, but Poboy tear craters!

LMAO, yup gonna wet sand it after. And yes I know I missed one hole in back, will fix it as soon as I get around too it. I need to get it mobile so I can take it up north in couple weeks.

Yeah...I don't know if you saw my tailgate thing...but it has Poboy tear craters in it...

I was doing reading coats and wet sanding and had teeny little spots and used ultraviolet cured spot putty...and it was like EPOXY!

I got terrible spots where I put it...so I gotta back up...or the paint would be very, very ugly!!!!

But...the fenders are fiberglass and damaged...so they're next...I'm already itching and have sticky clothes....just thinking about it!

I wish this thing was fiberglass, ABS plastic is a pain to fix without using putty or bondo. But I managed to use zero and still have a paint job thats like new. Epoxy wouldn't even work for this, I tried and it wouldn't stick. Lots of plastic welding with a soldering iron and sanding. Only the black was sprayed outside and its mostly covered by seat and floor pan.

Oh...yeah! I have a bass buster type pontoon boat I got for free...found that out the hard way!

Seems I snuck in under the radar on this one, late entry, so I hope you all do your best, gonna need it Should have some nice videos if i go up north with it in 2 weeks. So break out the grinders, hammers and welders and get your butt into your garage/workshop. I wanna see some incredible projects.
