My neighbors dog just had puppies. I can steal one, shoot it, and mail it to you if it'll help.
Seriously though, I'd try the left hand drill bit first, an if that didn't work I'd weld a nut to what's left of the bolt.
After you mail the dog, maybe you can weld my head onto my block.
Joking.
I actually ordered the block already.
If I get it out, I'll have a block, an exhaust, an air box, a cam shaft, valves, valve springs, connecting rod, carb, valve retainers,....
Would still need a crank, lifters, pushrods, rockers, piston with rings, head w valve cover, gas tank, throttle plate....
Guessing shopping for those needed parts would be more expensive than $100 bucks.
Stock replacement parts are cheap, but so is $99 for an engine.
i have no idea why I am now trying to see what I need for another compete engine.
That's not til 2017, when I build a space ship.

With a spare block, think of GAB possibilities. Bored Cylinder, bigger piston, stroker crank shaft... Like NASCAR Ray likes to say, "No replacement for Displacement; Where's my Bud Light???"
Lol

After 6 months of online research, I still can't turn a bolt!
