I have googled and searched ebay for a centrigual clutch for my go kart which uses a 520 chain and sprocket
do you know anyone who sells them?
would a #41 clutch do instead?

the sprocket would be hard to take off my theory is that the #41 clutch will be fine with the 520 chain they aren't that different only the pict is 1/8 of an inch bigger

I finally got my hands on a 520 centrifugal clutch of a 5.5 hp clone engine today but when I try to put it on my new engine a gx200 clone it wont fit the 3/4" 20mm shaft I found out the dam clutch fits a shaft thats between 18 or 19 mm the thing wont go on my standard 20 mm shaft talk about bad luck

Yes you could do without a lathe, nice sanding block and the finest paper you can get should do just bolt to something sturdy, take a lil and measure.
