I've only been able to find 50t, 60t, and 72t sprockets and I already have a 50t one, it's for a 1WD kart and I want something preferably 40t or less, down to 30t, although I have found some 40ts for other chain sizes, would I have to go through the effort of buying a new clutch and chain if I want to go any lower than 50t? For reference, it's a 6 hole

Woahwhoawhoa! WHOA!
You are going to gear that thing WAY too high! Unless you have a jackshaft.
Please elaborate on what you are trying to do.

I'm pretty sure it's a Manco Sidekick, predator 212, 11 inch tire, 12t clutch governed, 50t sprocket, it goes ~28mph and I'd like more speed preferably without taking the governor out, I run it on flat/long neighborhood roads so I could go WOT the entire time but I keep it around 2000-2100 rpm if I'm guessing right, around 18 mph

There's a throttle limiting screw by the arm for the hand throttle. Lets it get up to like 4k. Should give you more speed.

Do NOT put a smaller sprocket on it! If you do you will burn up your clutch.
If you want to go faster, you can adjust the governor or remove it completely, but do not put on a smaller sprocket.
