420cc subaru robin not running and throttle messed up?

The yerfdoge 420cc subaru robin i have runs but wont idle and ive gotten it to twice but it just smokes and dies its getting fuel air and spark also the throttle arm doesnt work for some reason is that directly related ill take a picture when i get a chance

Pictures! Also are the fly wheel fins bent and if so would that cause it to not start?

I got it to start back up but was shooting flames out the carb and would die seconds later would that be a carb issue im confused here

It sounds like you have a valve lash problem if it shoots flames out the carb.
The flywheel fins look fine, if anything just rusty.
Have you torn apart the carb yet? That is probably why it won't idle.

Yes i have and it works great i took the cover off and watched it

Make sure you haven't missed anything by watching KartFab's video.
Also, make sure the air filter isn't nasty, one of Carsandcameras' CT200s had an oily air filter that was causing it to run like crud.
And again, I would check the valve lash with a set of feeler guages.
Also I'd play around with the air fuel mixture screws on the carb.
