look at it running. i finally got it running just the way i wanted it. now all i need to do is degrease it and paint the rest of the engine with duplicolor engine paint/enamel which is fuel/oil and heat resistant.

when i run my engine then i press the butterfly and then put it back at idle, my engine backfires making a pretty loud sound and sometimes a flame emmits from exhaust. i don't care that it backfires, but i would like to know how to prevent it/fix it and why it happens.

i got some water in my gas tank somehow and the engine wants to start but it won't turn over, occasionally it turns over and runs for like 10 seconds after i shake my engine because water is heavier than gas it mixes it up then the water settles to the bottom where the fuel draw in line is so it shuts off. what should i do to get the water out of the tank?

Let water settle to bottom and siphon off gas from top being careful not to suck up water. Gas can be reused if free of water. Soak up what's left in tank. Just let rags dry out and throw away.

what i'm going to do is get the water out by siphoning at the bottom and keep on going until it starts and keeps on going:thumbsup:

ok i got 3/4 inch clutch today and was wondering how to prepare it to go on the crankshaft and how to not burn it up and where to grease it and such and what to grease it with. also i need to know what part of the clutch you are talking about with a picture or something because i don't know the parts of the clutch

Pour some stabil (or any dry gas stuff)in there, burn it out, the water will steam clean the inside of the engine. Grease the engine shaft, oil the bushing on the clutch every time you use it.
