3HP Briggs throttle assembly?

I have a 3hp Briggs and took apart the throttle lever parts held on by a screw on the fuel/air passage. How does it re assemble?

Parts like this are hard for anyone to tell you exactly how it goes back together. Have a good look at it before you take it apart.

definitely. always take the pics before disassembly!!
I've been there lol. but luckily i had an identical engine to use as a reference.

anyway, it does seem to be missing quite a few parts from this pic... maybe get a few pics of the carb and where all the linkages go (wind vain if used on this model, all that good stuff)
take the air filter off too (just to make things easier to see). getting the dirt and stuff off everything would help a lot too. get ALL the parts (linkage rods, springs, w/e) and take a pic. we can try to help.. but if you are missing any parts, it makes things a lot harder to figure out lol

Diagram

Check the 3rd and 4th diagram down from the top. Should be the right one.

Diagram appears to be for vertical shaft.
Not the same.

a close up of the carb in the general area of where these parts go would help us help you alot... or maybe some model and type numbers found on the shroud too.
