So I usually don’t buy eBay electrical or carburetors but when i do................

I’m just gonna say these were a gamble and it paid off ! Found these cheap waterproof connectors that resemble the expensive gm style Delphi connectors. And somebody told me when you crimp the cheap ones they usually break off the tips towards the wire. I have done a few so far and they are crimping perfect every time. I did also buy the correct tool also for these as well.

Got the rear wheels and tires mounted. The front wheels will be here Monday. But seems to fit well so far. The actual axle will be here Monday or Tuesday also.............
Hey your kart is looking great so far. Can't wait to see it all done.

I wanted to ask which tires those are and where you bought them?

Thanks and great job again!

Sun F atv street tires model number A021. And eBay. About 180 for all 4.

And thanks ! It’s been hectic the last few weeks but it’s getting there finally. Hearing it start really makes me wanna finish it quicker. Lol

Self mounting radiator for the win !!!! Guess I got lucky on that one. Drill a few holes in the lower support and she’s in...................

This radiator would be prefect for any custom Yerf dog Spiderbox build. It was meant to be. And it was less than a $100 on eBay.

26mm core for a 2002-06 Zx12r Ninja.

As much as I hate to say it.......... the zoomies or 4 single exhaust pipes aren’t gonna work if I want to put the radiator hoses on it. So guess I’ll have to break down and get the regular 4 into 1 style that goes under the engine like normal.

On a side note guess I can run a wideband air fuel gauge now. Cause one outlet means I can add a O2 sensor.

Got the dash completed minus the 2 gauges. And I also got the idler sprocket finished up and welded on the axle adjusters for chain tension.

If you look at post #102 you’ll also notice that it has a built in voltmeter ! But I plan on using my gps on my phone for speedometer so I figured it was worth it. And it was only $10 on eBay and works extremely well and looks great also. Gave my buddy one for his rzr also.

For those gauges with the USB output, search for boat related add ons. You can find them with weather covers. I have one with a cover in my boat, and one with no cover in my chevelle. They work well, but the volts readout can be off by about .5 volts. You can even get gauge pods for single double or tripple for not mich more money. Oh, and you can get them in different LED colors.

Mine had the cover. I took it off. And I got the blue for matching to the rest of it. It seem very nice and only a 2 wire hookup.

Got the Swingarm reinstalled and got some of it back together. The pipes will clear with some angles for the lower radiator hose. So yay for some noise and fire !

This is looking awesome! When do you think you might be done?

Money is my determining factor right now. I would really like to take it to the anniversary of our local cars and coffee here local August 4th. Will be close but it might workout. I’m about $500 away from driving it.

Then I will need another $250 and $300 labor to actually get the finishing cage on it. So maybe September roughly if it works out ok.

Remind me next time to go with my instinct like I was gonna do on this master cylinder. It’s either cut it up or cut my pedal up cause it’s not adjustable or threaded on the rod like they said it was. I went to unscrew it so I can put a shorter adapter on it and it’s pressed on the rod !

The switches and wiring are done I think now up front tho. So hopefully won’t have to pull anything back off again. All I gotta do is install the gauges and the wires are there already in the gauge panel box. Found me a cool blue push button for the other factory hole in the column. Probably use it for a horn or the line loc setup. And the key switch worked out good after clearancing the mount so it would clear the column.
