I think it's funny that it's a two seater. Do you actually know someone that will ride with you?

Just kidding, sort of.

I was kinda thinking the same thing.
I wish my buggy had one less seat. It's like riding a roller coaster next to an empty seat. But since I generally don't like people, I'd rather lose a seat than gain a person. Want to shed weight? Get rid of a body. LOL

So seems how I’m in a huge grudge racing type area. I actually do have some people that’s gonna hop in with me surprisingly. And I don’t have to stick my foot in it when they are riding with me...........but I will without prior warning to a few of them. Hahaha

It’s been posted for sale local............

Over budget - lost interest - and not enough cash flow to finish it

So are you pulling out the build off?

Sad to see you ditch this one, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do....

Not yet im not. Not til something sells off of it that is not gonna allow me to finish it in its current state. I can currently buy some coil packs to see if it will even start with starting fluid. And i can save some money by not doing the lights and paddle shifter.

I got a few people interested in just the drivetrain so it might get a regualr swingarm back on with a predator 420 to just play around with.

I really really want to build another drag minibike to finally get my 80+mph 1/8 i want.

P.S. so dont worry unless it sells for cash and what im asking i wont let it go. Im not losing anything on this one ! I can assure you that. Cash wise. Im losing all my labor tho. If its running and driving i will double the price and just build a minibike this winter or next season. This was a feeler thread local to see the interest.

Update. I’m trying to sell the engine only. So I can buy a more common power plant and still finish it. I got a guy that wants it so hopefully this will workout and I can put a regualr engine in it or at least a cheaper one !

Not being sold anymore. I found a more affordable way around everything. I got my promotion at work. And I’ve taken on some side jobs from friends to finish it. It’s gonna be slow but it will get done in a timely manner hopefully.

Back to our scheduled programming ladies and gents ! Sorry for the confusion. If I made any. This whole project has been a serious up and down roller coaster. Might just leave it alone for a few weeks to get my interest back.

Finally got cool enough outside and I decided to do my freebie stuff I can still do......... attempt to fire the engine for the first time !

Did some make shift wiring and still nothing. I’m 99% sure it’s the stupid tip over sensor wiring. So I was gonna bypass it but they are less than $10 on eBay so I’m just gonna add it back to the harness. It should have fire at the coils with this fixed.

Then I will try some fuel in the throttle bodies to see if it will light off for a few seconds. I only need a fuel pump and fuel cell if it does.

My neighbors parts came in so there is my labor money to buy almost everything to actually ride it finally down the street and back. I still don’t have the cash flow for the cage so it will be temporary for now to see if it drives ok.

Well my side job showed up yesterday so I can get me some more parts finally !

Got the front end apart and now I’m working on separating the spot welds so I weld the new core support in. Should be done in a few days I hope...............
