Okay all my DIY friends and members...
I am going to try to complete to project again. This time I am using the Coleman Ct200u for a frame.
I put 16" tires on the Coleman. I also just finished putting the engine together. I am using a 196 clone engine with 3/4" crankshaft, PVL flywheel, billet connecting rod, 26lbs valve springs, Black Mamba jr camshaft, and a torque converter.
I bought another flux core welder and modified the trailer from the previous fail... Mounted it on the side of the luggage rack using 1/2" bolts and heim joints.
The trailer is basically done and I will start on the sidecar again in 2019.
