Back to the pipe bender to twist me up a custom header. Test out this Rustoleum High Heat.

I suggest VHT ceramic exhaust paint. And bake it in cycles to cure it. About the only exhaust paint worth using.

Call me crazy, but I think with the swivel capability of the frame I need to isolate the throttle cable, alone with the brakes.

Trying to make sure that when it's at xxtreme it's not pulling on the brake or the accelerator.

Ive been contemplating a swivel frame kart for a number of years now.

Something about this kart, standing alone with no one to give it scale makes it look massive. It looks car-size or like you have a full size VW sand rail in some of the photos. Then with someone standing next to it, it's the actual kart. You've got a weird optical illusion going on there...

Your first test run video is good. Some funny but informative commentary going on. I wanna see WOT.

Where do we send the cash for your GoPro camera fund? It's all for eliminating that distorted and stretchy footage...

No need for a GoPro fund, I have one. I've been so busy working on this project it's hard to document, it my first time documented a build ,so sorry learning process for me. As the build wines down I'll go back ,and add some more details along with up GoPro footage.

tires 175 50 13 , osd 18 inch , Predator engine 212cc tv2 torque converter , 10 tooth sprocket to a 56 drive .. Thinking a 12 tooth sprocket would help with top speed , but what will it do to my take off ??? just asking ...

How is your take off now? The 12 tooth will put you at 4.666 to 1. Which is a pretty tall gear with 18" tires.
I am not totally convinced the TC is as Forgiving as Jesus!

In my experience a torque converter is like Jesus , will forgive you of all you're wrong doing.

Well , not a motor for hill climbing ,but awesome on flat land. Thinking a 12 t may slow the acceleration and only help top end . Just asking.

Yes your thinking is correct.
But worth a try right, so long as you can easily switch back if you want.

One the tabs on the diy front hub is off center. With the 18 ×8 50 it's ez to see ,and feel at speed.

Okay that makes sense. Yah it looked like the front was off somehow. I was going to ask if the spindles where upside down? The tires should camber in not out? but it looked like you where steering okay.

I think its the tires. At least for me they seem huge! 18"
