Getting the wheel hub off I loosen the bolt and tried using a hammer to take it off but no budge tried using penetrating oil and everything but it didn't want to come off
Well I would try again because most certainly you are going to have to disassemble the rear axle some time or another just for maintenance purposes, can you post some pictures of your wheel hubs that you tried to remove?

The industrial sprocket has a hub of it's own as it is one piece construction and it can be lightened,I don't know what sprocket hub you have and or what is available as far as sprockets sizes for it, I am just trying to come up with what I think would be the easiest and strongest way to drive your kart with the snowmobile CVT because of the size of the engine and the torque multiplication from the CVT.

I see, you will have to decide if you want to replace your hub assembly with what I have suggested or see if there is a flat 50 or 520 sprocket that could be altered to fit your hub bolt pattern and split the sprocket in half so it could be mounted on your hub without removing your hub,it looks like your hub has six mounting bolts and if it does then you could split that pattern in half so as the split sprocket would have three mounting bolts each.

Little Update Of Some Sort I Pretty Sure I Won't Finish It In Time For The Build Contest, Because Lack Of Money And The Fact That I'm A Senior In High School And I Have To Pay my Senior Dues, And Stuff Like That I Will Finish The Build Some Other Time Around Spring 2016 Because I May Be Getting This Job Working At Honda Soon

Too bad you won't finish, but i would concentrate on school for the moment. It will shape the rest of your life

School is more important than leisure time at your age, you are doing the right thing by putting it first before your build, you will be back and finish your kart later.

Probably one of the last update going to do for a while, I just wanted to get it Running before I go, anyways I went to Home Depot and bought rope Max load 60 pounds, that's almost the weight of my motor, so I don't think it's going to snap anytime soon, and got a handle to I had to drill the hole to fit a bigger rope ,and I bolted the motor down so it doesn't hop around anymore when I'm starting it. I'm going to upload a video of it running tomorrow because it was way too late to do it today.

ARRRRRGHHHHH!!!!!!! You didn't notice a difference between that and what you were replacing? ??????? That's a cotton covered POS rope to keep things from flying out of the back of the pickup or off the roof of the family car.....Even very closely matched nylon weaved rope is not quite up to snuff with purpose manufactured small engine starter rope.....SORRY....
