No I still have to order it's which I'm going to do soon as I get the money, I may have to machine down the gear for the secondary because it probly will be to wide for the chain, and I will have to buy some pillow block bearings after I find out the size of the shaft for the secondary clutch

And I'm probably going to have to take it to an exhaust shop to see if they can weld up a exhaust so I can be able to clamp down my rlv muffler to it, because don't have the equipment to do it myself

Those sprockets are for silent chain not roller chain (the small ones), I would use 520 size chain and sprockets for motorcycle applications with the torque multiplication that you will have using the snowmobile CVT drive it would shred a 35 chain easy.Just my opinion.

If I used motorcycle sproket how would I get it its fit on my axle?

First of all what diameter is the secondary clutch shaft? 1 inch?
Oh I see in post prior that you do not know yet.
Just remember there is no such thing as problems just solutions, get the secondary clutch and shaft and I will show you how to make it work.

Also be prepared to try to match the tuning adjustments between the primary clutch and secondary sheave because they are from two different machines and the cheapest one to try to make tuning adjustments to would be the secondary clutch which is from a Arctic Cat because that secondary sheave has a helix and a spring and those are the cheapest things to buy in order to get the two to work in unison for the correct power delivery.
You are trying to cross breed two different makes of snowmobile clutches together that are calibrated for different RPM levels

does that engine pump the petrol into the carb? I see the tank is below the carb

Yes it does the carburetor has an internal fuel pump, and I couldn't start it yet because I need to get the proper rope for the pull start because the one I'm using is to thin and keeps snapping, but it did start for a few seconds and pumped fuel into the fuel filter you see there but then the rope snapped again

Found out from the seller that the shaft for the secondary clutch is 1 inch so that means I need to buy a 1 inch pillow block bearing
Good, it is one inch, now there are many industrial 50 size sprockets that are available that one can convert to 520 motorcycle chain by facing the 50 size sprocket teeth from .375 to .250 because 50 size chain has the same pitch as 520 chain which is .625 (5/8) see you are not bound to motorcycle sprockets and hubs, you would also have to have the secondary clutch shaft keyed for a 1/4 keyway and you are done is your axle one inch with a 1/4 keyway?
If you can't afford a machine shop to do this for you send them to me and pay the postage and I will modify your parts for you to help you out. Unless you just want to run the heavy 50 chain.

Yes it already has a 1/4 keyway

---------- Post added at 09:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:46 PM ----------

The only thing now that I have to figure out is if there is what 50 size sproket that separatable so I don't have to take apart the whole axle to put it on

Why is it difficult to undo your rear axle and slide a sprocket on?
Say you wanted a 6 to 1 reduction for an example one can buy industrial sprockets from Martin Sprockets for instance 50 size and you could have them narrowed to .250 to use a 520 O-Ringed motorcycle chain or just like I said before use 50 chain, the part number for a Martin sprocket that has 10 teeth with a 1 inch bore with a 1/4 keyway is 50BS10 1 the 60 toothed sprocket with the same 1 inch bore size with a 1/4 keyway part number is 50BS60 1. These sprockets can be lightened up if need be also. Sometimes you have to improvise in order to make things work and this would work for you just as an example like I stated.
