need MORE GEAR STILL in my opinion..

60T #40/41 chain size is THE BIGGEST sprocket i can find
i want to use #401/41 chain cause it is heavier than #35 and i dont think #35 would be the best to use on y go kart

Yea id get the smallest driver before I go bigger on the axle. It eventually causes clearance probs. Mine does anyway. But if you cant find them heres a link to some bigger axle sprockets

its a 6:1 right now and it works fine i haven't had a problem yet and when i get 13hp it will work even better! its a 10T on the clutch and a 60T on the rear

see im using the stock hub on my axel so the sprockets from princess auto aren't drilled so i drill them out to fit that hub . . . i wont if those sprockets will fit it is the problem like once i get that 13 hp i positive a 6:1 will work perfect

that thing must weight a ton. I don't think a 13hp is gonna be very fast. put a 600cc sportbike engine on it and it'll fly

lol not very fast its off road dude not meant o do over liek 40 mph haha and it does about 20 right now with a 6.5 haha so 13 will be plenty

nah its actually pretty light, the stock engine made 9 hp and it supposedly did 30 mph so lol i think 13 hp will be alot even for this

it all depends in what you want... me I like my setup

11" tire 5:1 ratio.. 38mph it gets there QUICK

Probably driven by a cvt. The 13horse clone will probably be a downgrade from stock. Get a bike engine, you won't regret it.

with that much weight I would gear it to go 35-ish

i have 22" rear tires, then the 13 hp engine

If it was one of those gy6 clones then it would be equal to if not better than the 13 hp clone. Especially if u use a centrifugal clutch.
