Think it will be alright if i run a 30t rear sprocket and a 15t front

You may be alright but you will want a 27-22 once you have a 30

I am also trying to finish my shifter kart I have a yz 125 motor I was wondering the round mikuni fuel pump do I want a duel outlet or single outlet runnig a 36mm keihin carb with floats and needle

I always work with cardboard for templates. You would be surprised how many times I showed up at a home town welding shop with card board. showed the guy my template drew ------- where a bend would be, gave the od of holes or simply just put bolts directly in the cardboard where I needed them. It works nine out of 10 times the machinist can see exactly what to do and tells me if he will is 1/8" strap or cut tubing or what ever. you would be surprised how simply you can see weak areas just by your cb template and upgrade to fit your specific needs. my 2 cents for people like me who can't draw stick figures....
