You would need a custom crankshaft, if you managed to rig the stock crank the torque would be liable to twist the **** out of its pressed construction. Not to mention how bad it would probably vibrate.

I would suggest replacing the crank in the lifan with a straight rod (the crank is unbalanced without the conrod and piston).
Machine the new "crank" to fit the bearings, clutch gear, and driven sprocket or belt pully.
Then cover the old cylnder hole with a plate and gasket.
Fill with oil and ride.
I am doing the same thing on my mini chopper with a blown yamaha 125cc driven by a 6.5 clone.
Your local import bike shop should be able to crack that case for a minimal fee.

If the bike had a semi auto trans in it, it still has the cent clutch in there.

You sir are correct. my bad.
