Nice, cant wait to see it run. That valve train scavenging setup you have is very identical to some top fuel drag cars. works great when your engine makes over 4k HP. i dont know about 10 hp. I guess every little bit counts. Did you index the plug?

I dont know how well it will work either, i did it post muffler, so i hopefully reduce some of the pulse, and more of the flow... to increase the venturi effect and get a vaccume. I know it produces a vaccume on decell, hopefully i can get some on accel. The 2nd pcv is to let the crankcase vent even if my vac is actually pressure.

I'll have to tinker with it when it gets on the dyno...

Update: not much besides HAPPY NEW YEAR and i need to get that head milled.... I think what i am planning to do is .030" and see how it handles it. I belive that will raise it to 8.5:1 which is what the briggs animal has. So i figure it is a good baseline.

Yeah dont go much past .030" with the milling. Check your piston to valve clearence first then start tinkering with milling. I belive the no-go between valve and piston or piston to head on a flatty is like .040".

well i was planning on burning plain 92 octane, the water/meth should reduce early detonation also, I'll just have to play with it I guess.

Head is the one getting milled, ohv
