clutch Whould something like this work?????? Fit's on the PTO OF ENGINE.turn handle to engauge belt.

electric motor? no need for clutch,sprocket on motor and rear sprocket all you need.

For the least expensive route, I'v seen them made out of PVC pipe! Should be fairly straight foward.....flat pcs. of plastic(for mount plate) just trace out from tilly for shape, round PVC pipe(1 1/2" or so) contact cement together. I will see if I can find the pic.

I know this motor might tear up some belts(takin 6 spare's) runnin a tav2/30......I have a 44c/7 1/2 driven...but don't have enuff time to change it over at this time......guess we'll see how tuff a tav 2/30 really is!!!

Never raced (on a drag strip), goin to LAKELAND,FL on OCT.23rd and give it a try! There will be a bunch of mini bike's racing. My question is what gear ratio to use?? weight 400(rider/kart total),15" tires,tav2,8200 rpm.

is the driven on backwards???? buttons all wrong!!!!
