http://www.rorty-design.com/content/sand_bending.htm . Not trying to say any one is wrong. I have never done sand bending before ,but having it dry makes sense to me. Thats if you are putting heat to it .

m pretty sure if you pack it with sand and heat it better be dry. All the steam the wet sand creates might bust the pipe.

Hello. Are there any pros or cons to a twin engine kart. I was thinking of trying to set mine up for a twin engine. I figure when the clones go on sale if I pick up another one and slap it on there it might be no holds barred fun. My kart has a live axle . I am not sure if that would be a plus...

I just put mine together. I drilled a hole in the throttle lever and used a bicycle gear shift cable. I attached it using brake hose clamps. I will try to pst a pic.
