Hello all. I can't seem to get this kart right. It needed a drive wheel so I purchased this http://www.mfgsupply.com/m/c/AZ1027.html . It goes on ,but the problem is the flange is about 1 1/2" short to line up with the sprocket. The flange is 2" wide outside measurement. I figure there has to be another way beside moving the engine over. Here is a pic
Thanks for any help. From pics I have seen not sure if it's a manco

you should be able to buy some type of adapter, spacer, that would do the job and be strong enough, i'm not sure where though, sorry

From the one picture you gave us I can tell you have a Manco model kart. These karts used a large amount of spacing on their steel wheels, you'll need long bolts and many nuts to get this right. Typically these used 3 inch 3/8" regular thread bolts and 1/2" nuts to space the sprocket/brake drum, often times you need a stack of 2 bolts between the wheel and sprocket, and a single nut between the sprocket and the brake drum. You'll need to smack out the bolts that are placed in the hub.

I hope that all made sense, I can take some pictures for you later if you need. I think we might have a Manco similar to yours somewhere in the side building, if not I cannot think it would be more than a week before we get another in for repairs.

I was thinking I had to space it out. I lust trying to figure out the best way to do it right now. I want to try and make 1 solid spacer.
Thanks....
