Thanks for the thoughts guys...yes the 10mm nut is loose and it moves easily...the cable attachment is also working fine, the "hand lever" is as far to the left as can go.. I am stumped...this new engine is acting exactly like the last...turning the idle screw CCW does not change anything...

I have the cart propped up and it is spinning tire faster as I open choke. As a matter of fact tire is always spinning even if choke closed...not sure if this is normal. When I have choke open all the way it seems as if it is at full throttle.

No...what I mean is I start with Choke Closed...then after a minute I start to slide to right (open) and revs higher and higher as I opn it up.

I have a toggle already built in under my steering wheel and I want to install a kill switch. Someone mentioned that I can install it to the on-off switch but I don't know if I should splice into top or bottom wire. I was told that one would give A BIG shock so would like to "pick" the right...
