Cleaned it up and threw a little paint on there, tired of how crappy it looked and wanted to get rid of any rust and keep any of the fresh steel from the mount and stuff from rusting

I don't think this will handle as well as Rick's kart and will be much heavier, but it should be pretty quick. I can barely see over the motor while sitting down haha but it's mounted literally as low as it possibly can be, if I chopped up the frame I might be able to get it like an inch lower?

Well making a shifter should be relatively easy and then all i need is a clutch lever but I might have found a premade one for sale locally so we shall see. The brakes and throttle have all been hooked up already

Nope mount doesn't slide, I worked and worked to try and figure out a way to make it slide but due to the size and weight of the motor it just wasn't really a feasible task, I mean the motor mount is literally probably 3 times the size of the kt100 mount and the space to put the mount was just...

Ok here is my update finally made the motor mount, fabbed up the radiator mount, the throttle cable is done. All I have left to do is new sprocket/chain, clutch setup, and put on the wiring harness and ignitor which I ordered and am waiting for. I'm running the full wiring harness with a small...

darn that is what I was thinking :/ o well anyways made my motor mount and ordered the ignitor I needed so I think the only 2 things I really really need are chain and sprocket/gear. Have you been out to CFRC lately?

I'm sure it's the same with karts as it is cars.. when you run a very aggressive backspacing it wears out your wheel bearings

Back prolly 5 years ago or so I was under my car welding up a flange on the exhaust, anyways long story short jack was broken so I didn't have it up high and after I stopped welding i still saw light like a flame... I couldn't move my head because the car wasn't raised up enough anyways looked...
