i thought that if you did it without it being hot it would break the welds?

the axle is part of the frame

because i cant remove the axle out of the frame..

the axle is 36" i think and it has threaded ends, but i dont even know if i can take the old axle out and put a new one in

ok, i have a go kart but i kind of wrecked it and i bent the solid steel axle :oops: i need to know if i should just get a new frame or get something to heat up the axle hot enought to bend it back. if im gonna heat it up, whatever i use needs to be under 100$. the axle is 1" thick i think.
