!!! Hey all-thanks for the compliments.The directions are included with the bike-but they are not very good.Alot of trial & error.I would suggest putting it all together before you paint the frame to familiarize yourself with the assembly process.Then tear it down and primer & paint it.:thumbsup:

Nice kart.I'm gonna say 3-4 g's tops.I used to race karts.I had a CRG sprint kart i ran in the HPV-100 Lite series a few years back.At that time (04') a good used 125 shifter went for about 4 g's.

Its a 3/4" bore 12T MaxTorque.

The straight pipe is a little loud but it does sound good.I run the muffler mostly.But when i'm feelin' rowdy in goes the straight pipe!!!:wai:

I used the 5" set-up.I thought i should have went with the 6" because the stock 72T rear sprocket would make contact with the ground on left-hand turns.There was only about 1" of clearance between the outside of gear & outside of tire.Look at the rear tire & gear in the pic.Thats the stock 72T...
