I have a stock 212 with 22lb valve springs ported head no governor Mikuni 26mm carb. It has compound vz21 turbos and no waste gates. It made 25 hp at 6000 RPM @25-30 PSI. I think the only reason the stock rod holds up is do to the turbos oil return draining onto the crank...

Have you considered making a dyno like Flynhibilys design I would like you to see you GAB making a dyno.

supercharged 212cc Bob you are dealing with a $100 engine just put the supercharger on with engine completely stock except the governor and carb . I highly doubt it will blow up at 12psi. I've seen a predator take a few more psi with another method of boost.

predator 212cc Bob if the engine you put the supercharger on has electric start you could drive the supercharger off the flywheel side or cut the starter cup and weld surpentine pulley in between and space out the recoil. that is what I did when I used a smog pump.

Does anyone know anything about the small engine fuel injection kit on Aliexpress quality wise.

predator 212cc I havn't ever done a draw through but a blow off valve should work.There's a $10 one on ebay thats adjustable.

predator 212cc In answer to your question Bob I don't think it lasted more than 15 hours of runtime I used a mikuni 26mm carb blowthrough with regular pump gas. I may have drilled the jet a little and adjusted the needle. It was a bit of a pain to run it liked to stall do to fuel coming back...

supercharged 212cc I have used a smog pump on a 212cc It boosted up to 14psi until the carbon vanes wore out. Was driven off flywheel side of engine with a pulley welded to the starter cup I spaced the recoil out enough to clear a narrow surpentine belt.
