    Ignition Switch Puzzle

Indeed it does, thanks for your help. I don't know if I will get an opportunity to do it tonight, so hopefully I can get it squared away tomorrow. I appreciate you breaking it down for me.

    Ignition Switch Puzzle

I do have a multimeter, but that DIY kindergarten that you mentioned... talk to me like I am in DIY Pre-K and when it comes to wiring I'm probably not even a good Pre-K student, I am more like the kid that eats crayons. I have inspected it very closely and aside from the posts numbered 1-3, the...

    Ignition Switch Puzzle

Ugh, it degraded the image quality on that wiring diagram something fierce. I will see if I can share a link to it instead. ---------- Post added at 03:05 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:00 PM ---------- Here is a link to the Wiring Diagram...

    Ignition Switch Puzzle

I have Red, Black and Yellow with a Red Stripe that come to the ignition, I've stared at the wiring diagram and I am not comprehending. The new ignition posts are numbered 1, 2 & 3 and I don't know which wire aligns with which post. Does anyone here happen to know?

Inexpensive exhaust solution for 150cc TrailMaster 150XRS

Ehhh.... Sometimes I can rationalize purchases and sometimes I can't. I guess I needed to make my peace with the expense more than anything else. LOL! I have $300 into the kart, the shop charged me $75 to get it running, I have $10 in an ignition, so at $385 I asked myself how I'd feel about...

Inexpensive exhaust solution for 150cc TrailMaster 150XRS

I ordered this exhaust: http://www.gopowersports.com/aluminum-muffler-150-with-gasket-and-bracket/ and a pair of these, because my kart is missing them: http://www.gopowersports.com/muffler-joint-nut-m6/ and the DIYGK code is the one I used!!!

Inexpensive exhaust solution for 150cc TrailMaster 150XRS

I will get a few pics this evening. I don't have room at my place so I store it in a family member's shop, but I'll be at his place later this evening so I'll grab that header so I can take a picture and get a shot of the opening I have to mount an exhaust in - there is a specific spot for it...

Inexpensive exhaust solution for 150cc TrailMaster 150XRS

mckutzy, good to know. Any idea what I do to cover the distance between where the pipe stops now and where the muffler support bracket is? If I tack on a muffler now I'll have muffler on the underside of my motor - I suspect it'll get beat up and knocked off hanging there.

Inexpensive exhaust solution for 150cc TrailMaster 150XRS

I have a 150XRS that I bought used & non-running about a year ago, it's a 2013 model according to the VIN. I was very lucky in that the only thing keeping it from running was a FILTHY carburetor and bad sparkplug boot - a local ATV shop got me squared away and the little kart runs again. The two...

    2016 - Joe-405 "Mini Me Racer"

Not gonna lie, you throw around numbers like 88 on a rig that size and you have scared me off. I'll stay tuned for vids and may come out to see it in person if you run it at strip near the city, but I want no part of being on it - LOL!!!

    2016 - Joe-405 "Mini Me Racer"

Joe this bike is awesome. I'll be honest, I am brand new to the forum and I didn't even know that drag mini bikes existed before today. Reading through this thread and watching the project come along is really cool.

LOL - TRUTH!!! And can do, but it may be awhile - I don't have room for it at my place so it's with family. They have the 5 acres to run it on, so it'll probably live there even after it runs.

Hey All, I have been doing some lurking this evening and this looked like a good community so I signed up. I recently purchased a non-running 2013 150cc Taizhou Trail-Blazer Manufacturing Co., Ltd. off-road cart. If my Google research is accurate it looks as though they are being imported...
