I wouldn't recommend using allthread it is pretty soft and would probably bend. I may be wrong on this but I don't think allthread is even Grade 5 which is what standard bolts are.

I have a 30 series Comet Clutch missing one button. I am ordering some and need to know what holds them in place. The ones still on clutch have some kind of white adhesive on them. Any help would be appreciated.

I think I have my problem fixed, bushing was very dirty inside clutch . I cleaned and lubed it and so far it works great. Thanks for the help

I don't think it's to tight I adjusted it according to Comet specs. I put a coat of light oil on bushing with my finger to keep it off clutch face. no help

If you already have it mounted on your kart, I would recheck your wiring to make sure you have 12v where it to everything. after that maybe the ignition module if it has one and the coil and stator. Do you have a wiring diagram of the 3 wheeler that would make hings a lot easier. Maybe someone...
