What's the stated horsepower of your engine? I have info that the OH195EA (your engine) has other designations. If it is 5.5 HP, it is a OHH55. If it is 6 HP it is OHH60. Sounds like the same basic engine block, but a half horsepower in difference. 😐 Found here...
