    Hi John.......Yes that is why you don't see much in the way of hard 90deg corners in fiberglass molded products. They get a radius. The larger the radius the easier it is to conform. About the only way to do it where it will conform correctly is under vacuum. IE: Vacuum bagging the part.

    actually it will be perfect. :) The bottom line is the tire will bulge 1/2in each side of the rim.....This is a normal thing and will look correct. :)
