I checked again and you're right they are 20" and it is a 60T, so the new path is WOW. 20" wheels 3600 rpm 60T axle 14T clutch = 50mph!!! and at 5000 rpm = 69 MPH!

speed Well my math is like this: 15" wheels 3600 rpm 62T axle 14T clutch = 36 mph 5000 rpm will = 50 mph. Bought a Noram 1600 heavy duty clutch. BTW did anyone see the 37HP 10000+rpm vanguard wow!
