Power Products Sigma engines

Anyone tell me about Power Products Sigma engines, from Rural King in Southern Illinois?

I want to replace the 6.5hp Tecumseh on my Yerf Dog 3203, with a larger engine.

This looks like a great deal: 420cc with electric start 1"bore/shaft for $203.93.

They also had a Briggs & Stratton 205cc 9hp for $239.00.

Also a dumb question, are Tecumseh engine parts, Carb Exhaust interchangeable with any other engines?

Nope.

Check engine mount foot print. Will not match up to what you have.
Likely that clutch bore will not match up either.

And the Briggs is most likely not 9hp it's actually 9 ft lbs of torque, and it's a 6.5hp ,does it say 900 series on it?

Yeah because I have one that says 206cc 8.5 850 series and I thought the 8.5 stands for Hp but some told me that it was a 6.5hp and then I looked on the cover of the air box were it said 8.5 and looked under and it said ft lbs of torque

You say basically a clone is that a Honda Clone? I checked my Tecumseh shaft OD is 1", and the Sigma reads it is 1", I have a comet TC, so I think it will work, I will most likely need to drill new mounting holes.

Any ideas on an intake adapter for a 6.5 Tecumseh, I would like to put a 22/26mm Mikuni slide valve carb on it.

Length as well? Although that probably could be dealt with.

For that kind of money I'd snap the 420 up and deal with all the bull needed to make it work.
