My son shredded the driven pulley on his kart,,I need to take it apart to rebuild it ,but for the life of me ,,I can't get it off!! I have removed the bolt and retaining ring that I thought held it on ,but it still won't budge,,anyone know the secret to removing the driven pully to replace...

Found the front headlight wires, disconnected and touching each other on the floorboard , that most likely caused the short ,, but when I turn the key now the dash lights don't even come on,,, what have I done!!!

Gy6 150cc was running and shut off,, now turning the key does nothing,, the dash lights don't even come on!!!,, seems I can never get these two karts to run good at the same time ,, fix one the other has a problem.....smh...please help!!!

OK ,, went through carb again,, found something in the main valve,, running like a top now,,, gy6 engine on the other kart has now lost all power,, was running and just cut off and now no power anywhere light everything doesn't work!!!

Honda gx270 needs 3/4 choke to run,, cleaned carb still no help,, was running fine , but all the sudden, , dies when u take the choke off....had to run 3/4 choke to get home

My son rode all day yesterday with no problems,, then when it's close to time to put the karts up,, the one with the Honda gx270 won't run unless the choke is at least 3/4 of the way closed....cleaned the carb and it still does the same thing ...any ideas??

Had just done an engine swapp,, my son is gonna love it now,, new it had to be something simple,, I checked the oil,, thinking maybe it was low ( causing my problem) but when it was full I was getting frustrated,,, then I saw u r response!!! Been slinging Mudd all over the place since then...

I have a Honda gx270,9hp on one of my carts,, the engine runs strong until u try to do sum donuts in the mud , then it dies,, it will start back up on first pull every time and spin the tires to get out the mudd, , does this every time!!! Any ideas as to what may be the problem??

OK all my new parts have arrived,, new cylinder, piston, head, performance cdi and ignition coil, and an a9 cam, do I need to adjust the rockers and or valves to accommodate this new cam?? Oh and 14 gram roller wieghts, not sure if I'm gonna use them yet or not,, thanks again for all the help...

Ok...got the engine out,, piston and cylinder are trashed,, piston was locked at an angle!! Crank seems to be fine, no binding or play in it at all,, waiting for new parts to come in!!!

If you red my original post,, I stated that I tried putting a jack in several spots for just that reason...didn't help...lol
