Grandsons Moxie Van Project

This is a project that was put away back in the mid 80s. My grandson & I just finished restoring it. Lots of fun.

That looks great!! How long did you spend on it? Was it yours? Are those Harbour Freight wheels? HF stuff is trash and won't hold up on you. They break in minutes

I suspect those are the original wheels, as the 'body mounts' are original for the van kart.

I've had a couple of these, not too often do you find them unaltered.

Moxi Van

My grandson's other grandfather won it back in the mid 70's and it survived his 2 sons. Fortunately, they took the body off before they abused the go kart. It was in a storage container for years and finally we got it out to restore it. The wheels are original, just sand blasted & painted.
