Some how found a scraped lawn tracter with a wheel fallen off, couldn't take it as it was on a farm scrap heap with broken fences ect. But...the wheel looked good...so I shoved it in my aunties car...and took it...shhhh!! My plan is to weld the axle to the back to make it look like a spare...

Ye that's my plan, it may take a lot longer but I'm gonna do it good and proper, make it look nice

Just surface rust and front bumper slightly bend. What's the best way to remove rust
