Welding tube frames

So my little bro want a gokart for Christmas so I'm making him on that's electric. I want to us steel tube but don't know how u cut the bits out the ends so they fit snug. Anyone tell me?

There was a sticky with a template that you could print and wrap around the tube and mark. I dont know where it went but have it saved on my home computer. If someone doesnt beat me to it I will try to post it up.
