    Hello there, Sprocket and clutch questions. So im planning on buying a 60 tooth sprocket and a 12 tooth max torque clutch. With a 6.5- 7 hp engine I want it between the mid 20's but doesnt a smaller tooth size on the axle/ sprocket make it faster? Or does it make it weaker? gets confusing

    hi guys, Ive really came to a reallly confusing stage of building my go cart. I want to know if you could make a axle with 3/4 dia. hollow steel tubing. The reason for this is because my wheel have 3/4 inch hubs and I cant find a axle for this. P.S is welding on the axle a good thing?
