    Can someone tell me if this will work. Im going to build a garden tractor using a truck 3 speed tranny and rearend but will the covert hooked up to the tranny work.I no it can be do using a belt clucth setup.But im looking for something better,:thumbsup: Vance

    I did that first with no luck..its the linkage thats to weak,I found a guy on here uses a mikuni 33mm carb on his 16hp.

    Well mostly i hate the plastic linkage and parts and I have to have a strong spring to bring it back to idle.It still works ok just like a better carb. I look at some on ebay but I dont no how to choose one do I go by cubic inch etc ? Arkyhunter

    If thats the same as my duromax motor the charging system output is 3amp not enough to keep your battery hot. Arkhunter

    IF your tubing has 1/8 thick sides u can cut the head of a long bolt and stick inside the tube a 2 or 3 inches and weld it good if your wheels for a 3/4 axle, But I think live axles r better.

    you are wanting to weld this to your frame right ? if so thats ok as long as the tubing is strong enough you can. post some pics frame , rear wheel or hub

    Sounds think your talking about spindles you can use 3/4 bolts for a one wheel drive kart.Just stick bolt in the tube and weld it good. Arky
