oh i believe you lol, just trying to troubleshoot this whole thing, first time dealing with a torque converter here, like i said may wind up replacing the entire driven clutch

it was running for quite a while without those buttons why fail now? btw im not sure if they were on there when we bought it either way its my little brothers kart my dad is ready to just buy a new driven clutch

also how do i determine the driven clutch bore?

well here is what it looked like assembled new problem now, one part of the driven clutch is spinning faster then the other part and nearly destroyed this spring like the last one, anybody know what im talking about or seen this problem?

yea the old one broke, so what im asking is how do i put it back correctly to prevent another spring failure

i dont know what series it is but heres a pic, im relacing the spring in what i believe is the driven clutch, the one that drives the chain and axle, the one towards the right in the picture

im replacing the spring in my torque converter and basically have no idea of what im doing. i know how the thing comes apart and goes back together my question is does the spring have any preload thats supposed to be on it or anything or do i just stick the tabs in the holes and tighten...

good question and yes they are, the torque converter is spinning but not pulling the belt is the problem, we can get a little pull out of it but barely enough to move across the yard, it worked when we bought it all i did was change the axle bearings, im 235 pounds and i zipped around on it when...

ok so i pulled the rear axle out to put new bearings in, removed the motor for easier access, and now that its all back together everything runs but it will not pull, any suggestions?

still looking for info on how to actually get the axle out anybody know?

I've removed the key, so it can spin free of the axle and also side to side, but b4 I removed the key it would also move at an angle to the axle, like / \, the slashes represent looking at the sprocket from the rear with the axle level
