I ordered the plans yesterday. They look a bit intimidating but im gonna go for it. I gonna try to keep it the same size with maybe making the area where the seats with a bit more room. Has anyone tried this.

I was thinking a reverse box, but I haven't done much research on it. Am try to go get the bike this weekend. It might not be a bad idea to fix it and sell it. Then I can build the buggy with that money. Thanks

That would be a good idea. But if I did that I wouldn't have a way to put reverse on the buggy.

Would it be expensive or even worth destroy this motorcycle. I dont want to destroy it and endup not using it. When someone else could advantage from it.

Thanks, I did end up getting the Lincoln 140. am actually thinking about taking some welding classes sometime during the summer. In the meanwhile ill be practicing.

I did call a welding supply place and they sold me a new 40cu bottle full, for 130. I figured it was a good deal since harbor freight had 20cu bottle for 89 empty. And I still ran the risk of not being able to get it filled. What do yall think.

Please correct me if am wrong. So let's say I buy a argon cylinder from harbor freight. Can I take it to a local gas place and they will fill it with 75/25 or do I need different cylinder. Second question do they fill the one you take or they just replace it with one of there's. Thanks

I thought this was the issue at first, but the thing is when I push in the pedal it moves the inner cable with no problem, but after the throttle on the engine travels about half way it gets hard and then the outer shield moves. It actually damaged the outer shield when it did it the first time...

That's where it was clamped at. But it moved. I'll give it a try today again.

so i figured out how to install the throttle cable looks good. but after trying to adjust it. the cable keeps moving and already damage the outer layers. what is it that i doing wrong.

what about this one do yall think this is good enough for home projects and go kart project or should i stick to the 140. i like the price on this one and its has good reviews. thanks...

Has anyone in here used a tire called Cheng shin. I found some from a local shop the sell for 40 bucks mounted. I was wondering if anyone is using them. Or if yall mind sharing pictures of your go karts with this kind of tire. They look like rounded tire. Thanks
