already found the problem its the bearings in the jackshaft, there shot, Just cant get the belt pulley off of the jack shaft to remove it to replace the bearings i need help ? is it just a key and keyway holding it on ?

Hello can i get some sort of directions to replace the jackshaft bearings because mine are SHOT ! :furious2: and thats why my belt and chain have been giving me problems , also my chain tensioner fell off, Ken Bar rail buggy go kart

no my chain goes from the axle to the jackshaft and my belt goes from jackshaft to motor

everytime i replace the belt it burns up and stretchgs out i dont know what belt it needs so i have to keep guessing, anyone help me, its a ken bar rail buggy go kart, heres some pics, i know its a comet pulley on the motor,
