Can anyone tell me the HP of a 99cc Mastercraft generator motor?

Check the brushes and for any corrosion! My grandma paid 500$ for a generator and her nor her husband could get it running. I finally got it running and it wouldn't produce electricity. I took the cover off, removed the brushes and cleaned the corrosion off and presto! If they are too worn you...

A guy brought this by my garage

Get a kiddie pool and fill it with whatever preferred solution and soak frame. Motor, hard saying if itll ever run again. Depends how bad the internals are, along with the carburetor

    LED lights?

I'm most sure if you can convert them but your coil should have a watt rating. I don't know if they would all be labeled though.

    ATV Torque Converter

I believe many of the utility ATVs are 4 stroke. The faster racing style ones are mainly 2. (At least ones that would be in the salvage yard)

    LED lights?

I'd go 10w. That's still less than a standard CFL light bulb but if you have a charging system that's enough to power an electric starter then you can power 20w for 2 lights I'm sure

    Another snowmobile build

Good point. Sorry I'm impatient, and I thought about that with the brakes also. A sled will slow down until it comes to a stop much quicker than a kart.

    ATV Torque Converter

I'd think many ATVs would be at least 20hp. You shouldn't have a problem finding one off a 4stroke at a salvage yard.

Ok. What's the best/cheapest way to go about suspension/ drive line?

    ATV Torque Converter

Because comet has spec charts that can often tell you what weights and spring you need

Qtband, that makes sense but wouldn't that be true for the sled also?

    Another snowmobile build

Anybody? I've seen a lot of sled builds with 250-440 engines but not many with bigger sled engines. Mine pushes about 100hp (with triple pipes, with stock pipe its more like 85-90) and I'm looking to possibly make a 2 seated buggy.

    ATV Torque Converter

I feel it would be difficult to use a torque converter from a 2 stroke on a 4 stroke. Not only would you need to switch out the spring but also the weights, and figure out which combination of spring/weights goes best with the power band of the 4 stroke. HOWEVER: 4 strokes have much wider power...

You're looking at more of a buggy with that size engine

    LED lights?

LED lights are usually very bright and use very little electricity making them optimal for karts that have very small lighting coils. I don't know how many people actually use them though.

Hahaha! All you need is enough property to keep nosey neighbors from calling the 5-0!!

But good luck on your greenhouse. Growing plants is harder than most people (who have never gardened in their lives) think!
