i am using 420 chain and i don't have a chain tool to fit it or a chain press so resizing the chain is out of the question. i also cant move the motor backward. would taking the mounting bolts out and sliding in a few washers do the job? and would that be safe? thanks C tightening

I'm gonna do this to my kart anyways but im thinking along the lines of oscaryu1, i think you should set up a car battery they weigh about 25-35 pounds (or more, not sure exactly) and use it to run cool looking fog lights or a radio so it wouldn't just be dead weight cause it has a purpose. and...
