    That is a very slick cart . I really hope I get a chance to build one of those some day . Did you ever consider no bumper ? Perhaps rpunding those fenders a bit ? Might clean it up a tad. Looks amazing though so far . Watching this one closely :popcorn:

    Man the things I would do for a cart like that ! If i may i suggest using mothers aluminum mag polish on those wheels . It will shine them up like you wouldnt believe . Ill be watching this one for sure.

    Surplus center (link is in the link directory) has a decent amount of golf cart sized wheels for a very good price . I bought the slick version for my project . used small bike wheels up front and its working out for me quite well.

    I would say search craigslist for a cheap kart with all the major parts and make your own frame from your own design .

    I used a regular carbide drill bit at very high speed . Worked out ok as the lower speeds on the test piece chipped . It was easier then I thought it would be .
