they go on the inside of the block where the valves move up and down but if the cam isn't that agressive then i wouldn't worrie about it that much

if your going to turn the motot 6500 rps you'll need to get the arc rod or it will shatter and send it through the block and depending on what cam you get you might have to get the lifter carrage welded so the cam doesn't bust tthe lifter carrage.

what size track are you running it on? if it's a 1/8 or so i'd go with 12tooth clutch gear and a 63 or 64 tooth axel gear that's what i run on my racing kart

all you would have done was refresh or rebuild the motor and put helicoils in the muffler bolt holes for the bolts to stay in and then drill holes in the bolts and put wire throught them to keep them frm backing out

they take the recoil starter off for a safety reason so it doesn't unwind and get caught around the axle or something
