Key Came Out of Keyway While Riding

I used some J-B Weld SteelStik to form stops in the keyway to keep the keys from backing out. I'll see how well it works after I get my tie rods sorted out.

Having a Hard Time adjusting Toe

I completely blame the 'assembly guidlines' booklet that came with this kit. I was only following the guidlines so to speak. It's whatever, I'll just find a better tie rod kit.

Having a Hard Time adjusting Toe

I definitely bottomed out the tie rod ends and messed one up pretty good.

Having a Hard Time adjusting Toe

Will do tomorrow as it's too late here. The rods definitely need to be shorter. I'll most likely end up hacksawing 1/2" to 1" off each tie rod end.

Having a Hard Time adjusting Toe

All 4 tie rods ends have bottomed out as far as I can tell, and both eye to eye lengths are equal. Edit: I'm going through the kit list and the Tie Rod Assembly Kits state that the rod itself is 11" x 5/16-24. Should I buy shorter 10" rods?

Having a Hard Time adjusting Toe

Yes and it's getting very difficult to adjust them inwards.

Having a Hard Time adjusting Toe

The assembly guidlines for my azusa kart says to adjust the toe in to be 1/16" closer together in the front. Currently it's 3/4" closer in the front. The problem I'm running into is the tie rod ends are getting really difficult to adjust inwards. So much so that I bent the right one a little bit.

Key Came Out of Keyway While Riding

Unfortunately none of my hubs have grub screws. (I wish they did) Instead I've opted for anickode's J-B Weld method as I don't have a welder on hand or any welding experience/knowledge.

Key Came Out of Keyway While Riding

Key came out of brake drum and axle keyway. I tried blue permatex thread locker but that didn't work. What's the best method to keep keys in place?

    Unique Front Suspension

Reminds me of a sway bar, I wonder if it acts like one too.

    Hey there

Tried that to no avail; chain keeps jumping off when I rotate the axle by hand. Everytime I look at the sprocket it looks bent. I'll upload more photos once I'm home

Need assistance/advice on extending go kart frame.

I can't weld myself (haven't learned yet) but I'll try to get a friend to help me with this. I'm thinking of cutting behind the seat bracket but in front of the bar running perpendicular on the top. Then making a cut about an inch after the bend on the bottom. What kind of metal tubing do I...

    Hey there

Found out that my sprocket is bent and misaligned with the clutch. Any recommendations on a new one? Should I keep it 72 teeth or down to 60? (12 tooth clutch)

Need assistance/advice on extending go kart frame.

Found out this morning that I just barely fit in the Azusa kart kit I bought. I've got a feeling it was designed for kids. Nevertheless I'm determined to make it more comfortable. So how do I go about chopping up the frame and extending it? Any tips and/or suggestions are appreciated!

I'll upload some after I get home and figure out how to do so on mobile!

    Hey there

Got myself an azusa kart kit not too long ago. Soon to be the home of a 7hp Honda GX200 clone. I'll be running it stock for a few paychecks then I'll put some money into upgrades. The only issue so far is the kart is way short for me being 6' tall, but I'm skinny so I manage. I'm definitely...
