It is a Manco but not Quicksilver. Those would have been one wheel peel. And I don't know the name but someone else will probably chime in soon. And for that torque converter, it'll need to be cleaned. No rust and if possible 100% smooth.
Another one I've seen. People move steering columns. Mt dingo they added 4in to the support. And a friend's they moved the whole thing forwardsand switched over the steering.
Is it possible? Yes. Is it worth it? No. You would have to move the engine sideways and probably up to fit it all. And then you would probably just spin the tire if you did get it to work.

Got some stuff done. Most of the remaining frame is primed. And the truck is welded. Clean it up a bit, paint where we welded and put in new brale lines and it can all go back together.
