I have a manco dingo and can say from experience that the turning radius sucks as the front is significantly narrower and it does do a good bit of scrubbing. Doesn't help that the front tires were smoothish though. Here's it a few days ago, I just put 18 in turf tires on it because the 21"...

map torch would work, in some cases it's easier to just cut the bearing off with an angle grinder.

Got another Lincoln stick machine last night, this one's an Idealarc 250 with DC as well as the AC, the thing has a 100% duty cycle at like 140 amps.

Did the clutch in my truck with these stands holding it up. Safe to say they worked fine. Dad returned them, don't remember if it was store credit or not.

Or it's just made for something with really high gearing. Not sure as these arent my normal thing

Have an old lincoln, Idealarc 180 that does ac stick welds. Main purpose of it is for running an arc torch. And also a Hobart handler 140 with flux core. I've been using that for more of my projects and it's worked well. Havent had any issues with it.

Looks tough but needs some work 😂. Just fried a belt and the trans is all torn part so I can weld the diff. Also planning out a bumper for it. (Maybe lights and a winch)

As I've said, been busy. Covid, applying to college, general shenanigans. We're getting a dusting tonight, It'll be gone before I can get the mower back together. Just have to ride the dingo then.

Got a set of mower wheels with hubs (4 lug). Current rear tires will go on those and then onto the dingo (18s) and the 21 in knobbies onto the mower.

If you don't get the washer/bolt you could try adding a thicker washer as well as loctite to keep the bolt from backing off and losing the outer piece. Old Comet's that originally would have been on the go kart wouldn't come with one of those washers. P.S. It's a Torque Converter or cvt (y)

Stock front pulley, tiny rear. I really need to go bigger on both, keep the ratio and add area for the belt to grab.

Took the mower up to a friend's cabin in PA. Broke the trans mount, carb's float sunk, battery died, had a cylinder full of gas. It was a fun trip. Took it to a yard sale on basically all gravel roads, 40 min round trip. On a fun note, hazard fraught air horn works great!

You could put the pedals before the tie rods. Requires a bit of work but I've seen it work before

Went 31 with gov. bypass. And yes I know that it's bad and I can nuke the engine. Also broke the belt as in the average speed.

You could try unbolting your shocks. Then you can manually move the swingarm without needing to compress the shocks.
