fully welded, grinded... remains to bleed the brakes, put the chain and still waiting for kill switch ...

To be honest, there is no need for chipper here either, but it's looks like a cool project :sifone: I also live in the country, but we are not allowed to set open fire from May to November as there iz hazard of wildfire... For the same reason, I need to keep clean of bushes and grass around...

also did another test.. small branches.. cannot figure out way to branches be sucked in fast.. guess it's angle issue..

i did first test.. I have to change "grill" as it is too small.. i drilled holes 6mm so it takes time to kick everything out.. so will make few exchangeable plates with different hole sizes... here is short video of testing: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/zmkEQhJo_hA

so, plan is to build wood chiper.. its going to be driven by PTO from small tractor (20+ HP).. As I do not have access to big fat piece of steel, I ordeder a biggest sprocket i could find and started from there.. here is progress so far:

front.. its hard to find "normal" tyre for minibike here so going to use go-kart narrow tyre.. initial paln was to use rear tyre and hydraulic brake but that would be too much wide .. also , I wanted to have fron susspension, tryed few types, but it's just...

I do not like original fuel tank so maybe to use this one (at least to fill the gap between engine and seat)..

frame... didn't like first version .. so changed a bit... and then , wheel was hitting a frame (03)... so changed again .. still going to be tight ..

so first started with sprockets for TC... since last time I use it I had few kilos less ... :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: also had to make hub for rear sprocket..

so, as there was lots of parts from past or broken projects , decided to build mini bike .. plan was to post it in build off thread but as ther is no 2021 , I will psot it here.. as I said , some parts I already have, somo of them are ordered , mostly...
